People were very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We are Hilton rewards members, but the people at the Hilton property where we were trying to stay, were not helpful, uninterested in our needs and could not put us up for the stay we needed. We searched for another local property and found the Comfort Inn & Suites...better property with better rooms and at a lower price, and we weren't even Choice Rewards members...we are now though. Not feeling good about our Hilton arrangement; apparently it holds no value with the Hilton properties and they didn't seem interested or impressed when we explained that we were Hilton members. Oh well, it helped us to discover something much better.

The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. They had fresh lemon water set out and a great little snack bar. The decor was nice—lots of photos of nature from the surrounding area, which seemed to make the hotel feel more a part of the town than apart from the town. The bedding was awesome! The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The shower and hotel soaps were really nice as well.

I booked online at booking.com in a parking lot 1 mile from the hotel. When I got there 5 mins. later the front desk clerk said that what I booked wasn't available in the system? But, she said don't worry I have another room that I'll give you for the same price. Excellent help! Quick, efficient, and friendly service, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and healthy:)

It is a good location, quiet,safe and lots of parking. It is a good stay and affordable price for the suite I stayed. Breakfast with lots of choices. The bed and linens comfortable. I will book again a good value for the money compared to more pricey inns or hotels I searched.

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel was quiet and close to Pisgah National Forest as well as downtown Brevard. The included breakfast had a nice selection including eggs, sausage, waffle bar and the usual cereal, yogurt, fruit, and breads.
